Birthday season approaches so we must start preparing. This red Miu Miu shift dress is so cute, it could be worn day and night which is ideal when you are racing from a party lunch to a sophisticated dinner. Next up is the insanely amazing Alexander McQueen Unicorn Skull Clutch, which i am obsessed with! Accessories are an ideal way to project your personality onto an outfit. The Alexander McQueen Clutch doubles as rings so add some items like the Roberto Cavalli Panther ring to balance out your hands. Lastly, our Jeffery Campbell Lita boots are the best dancing shoes in town (i am speaking from experience).

The weather determines what we wear each day. The hardest weather to plan for is rain. In preparation for this weeks rain I am pulling out my wellington boots (Burberry or Hunters are my favourites) and keeping my umbrella tucked into my handbag.

Love is in the air this spring.

Using rose-gold, neutral's and a touch of red this outfit is youthful and flattering. The enmeshed dress adds layers of textured fabric to decorate your body. I would recommend putting the buckle of the dress at the back to ensure that your accessories get all the attention they deserve. Spring time brings back old memories that can be turned into new trends. 

Flower power hippie hair marks the start of spring and also our music festival season. Add some beautiful blossoms into your hair before heading off to listen to the latest tunes. Use large flowers clipped into your hair or headbands of smaller flowers. 

Walk in the garden or visit the florist because you cannot go another day without appreciating the beauty that spring time has to offer.

I had yellow orchids dancing in my hair on a beautiful spring day picnic. I started with a tight corporate bun and then pinned the orchid stem around it nice and firmly. I wore it with a floral maxi dress from Massimo Dutti and had a vintage denim Guess shirt to throw on once it started to cool down.

Drew Barrymore shows us just how pretty a daisy can be. There thin stems make them easy to poke into almost any hair do. Sometimes, simple things can make all the difference.

If you are not the most creative person then you can also opt for silk or synthetic flowers to ensure that your look does not weather. These may come already attached to pins, clips and bands making them easy to wear.
